The hotel offers a really good overall experience. the rooms are decent in size and well-maintained. the cafe on the property has a good choice of options and serves outstanding food.

I liked this simple hotel, especially modern rooms and excellent location. Units quite as on the photos. Location: the venue was so close to Night life and beach and restaurants and bars, restaurants. A wide range of food for breakfast, everything was great.

The hotel was right in the heart of Patong. Booked a room with new furniture. All the staff we met were very amiable and super-friendly...

This place is excellent, fairly clean, with a perfect location near everything, efficient and cooperative staff, and a nice bar.

Had a great time at this hotel, the staff are great super friendly, made us feel like we where the only guests. rooms nice and clean. due to location you will hear some noise but then your are staying close to all the action.

Absolutely nothing. Terrible service. Pathetic to say the least. No lift. Stayed on 5th floor. Had to pay extra to switch a double bed to twin. Staff scoffed at me when I tried to pay with credit card instead of cash. Rude and very immature staff.

The house at @ White Patong is absolutely amazing! The rooms are spacious and cozy, and the big screen LED TVs make it perfect for movie nights. I loved the green landscape and the outdoor terrace, perfect for relaxing. Plus, the free Wi-Fi and hot water showers were a great bonus for staying connected and feeling refreshed. As a trekker, this was the perfect place to unwind and recharge after a long day of exploring.

I personally didn't enjoy the shower in the bathtub set up in the second bedroom's bathroom. It's just my personal preference, but others might still find it enjoyable.

Less of hospitality (reception staff), expect the security at night.

Never had 1 hot shower the whole time I was there, in 10 days no hot water....the rooms are not insulated and are very noisy, the location so close to rockcity nightclub means no sleep before 4am, and the noise of people walking up and down the stairs is phenomenal, if you can ask for a room away from the stairwells....
